Christmas in Presentation Primary is always a very special time of the year. This year we had lots of fun singing carols, reenacting the Nativity story, speaking on Tipp FM, doing Fitmas, eating gingerbread men and we even met Santa! It was very busy indeed! Here are some highlights!

Well done to Sophie and Elle who made their radio debut today on Tipp FM as part of their Christmas schedule. The girls were invited to review their favourite books by Johnny Butler from Bookworm.

Fitmas 2019

As part of our Active School Flag programme and in the spirit of Christmas, we are delighted to do Fitmas this year.

Fitmas is a fun and simple way to teach the children some exercises and to help them be active each day.

Each day for the next 12 days – The 12 Days of Christmas – we will introduce a new exercise which the children will do in school 2 or 3 times a day. We hope that you will join in the fun and encourage the children to do these activities at home too! At the end we will all come together to do the full list of exercises to the music of The 12 Days of Christmas.

We hope you and your child will enjoy Fitmas.

Today at assembly some of the children demonstrated the exercises which was great fun!
