Congratulations to the wonderful boys and girls who made their First Holy Communion in the Cathedral of the Assumption last Saturday. This year was particularly special as it marked the first time we celebrated this important sacrament alongside another school, Scoil Angela.
A heartfelt thank you to Fr. Jim for leading such a beautiful and meaningful ceremony. We’re also so grateful to the choir and teachers who provided the lovely music that made the day even more memorable.
A special word of thanks to Ms. Fanning and Lorraine for their dedication in preparing the children so well. And to Rosaleen for creating the individualised booklets that added such a personal touch.
Finally, a huge well done to the children themselves – you were simply amazing, and we are so proud of each and every one of you!
