This year, we brought two of our favourite school traditions together—Active Week and Wellbeing Week—under the uplifting theme “Better Together.” It was a wonderful celebration of movement, mindfulness, and community spirit across the whole school.

Pupils enjoyed a wide range of energetic activities throughout the week. From dodgeball and CrossFit to Wheelchair basketball and football blitzes—there was something for everyone. A particular highlight was the much-anticipated 6th Class vs. Teachers soccer match, which proved to be a fiercely contested and thoroughly entertaining battle!
Running alongside our active events, we also celebrated Wellbeing Week. Pupils took part in a variety of calming and creative activities including Buddy Games, a Buddy Walk, Pilates and meditation. In the spirit of our theme, older classes paired up with younger ones to teach traditional playground games such as Snatch the Bacon, Giant Steps, Duck Duck Goose, Simon Says, and What Time Is It, Mr. Wolf? It was a joy to see students of all ages playing and laughing together in the sunshine.

We rounded off the week with jersey day, where pupils and staff dressed in every colour of the rainbow to brighten the school and spread some cheer. After break everyone enjoyed a buddy walk around our beautiful school grounds.
A huge thank you to our incredible Wellbeing Committee and their dedicated teachers, Ms. Nyhan and Ms. Bohan, for organising a fun-filled and meaningful week for all. It truly showed us that we’re always better together.
