Over 60 girls from 3rd to 6th class took part in the annual School Footbal League today.
Six teams, named after the six counties of Munster, played great football for nearly two hours on the beautiful astro turf at the back of our school. We thank the secondary school for the use of this facility.
Each team played each other before competing in three different finals.
The A final saw Waterford take on Tipperary. Only a goal separated the sides in the end with Tipperary coming out on top.
We say thank you to all the teachers and SNAs who helped organise and run the event.
