Senior Classes School Tour

The girls from 4th to 6th Class travelled to Kilkenny for their school tour. The day began with some splatball shooting followed by an assault course, similar to that of Ireland’s Fittest Family. The girls really enjoyed the challenges and the mega-slide was a huge hit!

Third Class School Tour

First Class enjoyed some super Science experiments First Class enjoyed some super Science experiments this week.  It was great to see them investigate some of the laws of Science.
Congratulations to our U11 team and coaches who ca Congratulations to our U11 team and coaches who captured the county title in Fethard today.  The girls played brilliantly throughout and defeated a spirited Fethard team by 9 points.  This is the school's second county title in three years and testament to the great work being done in our school and by local clubs.  Well done everyone.  Pres Abú

We were very proud to welcome the County Camogie C We were very proud to welcome the County Camogie Champions @thurlessarsfields to our school today.  With 11 past pupils on the panel and two staff members involved, it was with an extra special feeling we welcomed the team.  Thanks to the players and management for taking the time to join us today.  You truly are an inspiration to our young people. These girls won all their 4 games in today's blitz without conceding any score,  not even a point! Well done players and coaches! Our school now looks forward to two semi finals in the coming weeks. This week our U11 boys and girls took part in two This week our U11 boys and girls took part in two Cumann na mBunscol football blitzes. These were development competitions and were thoroughly enjoyable.  Well done to all the players and coaches.
Senior infants were busy this week with their STEM Senior infants were busy this week with their STEM subjects.  Learning through play, they developed their maths and science skills in a fun and engaging way.

Our budding musicians were treated to a classical ensemble of movie music by the incredibly talented @ailbhemcdcello and @kt_cello Thanks to @niriain_photography for inviting the children to such an inspiring show.
