3rd & 4th Class School Tour to UL – A Day of Fun and Adventure!

Our 3rd and 4th class pupils had an unforgettable school tour to the University of Limerick, where a day full of excitement and energy awaited them! The boys and girls took part in a fantastic range of activities, including giant inflatables and thrilling water games. From bouncing, sliding, and racing to getting soaked and laughing with friends, there was never a dull moment. It was a brilliant day of fun, teamwork, and making memories. A big thank you to the staff at UL for such a well-organised and action-packed experience!

Sports Day – Fun in the Sun!

We had a fantastic Sports Day filled with fun, laughter, and sunshine! The children took part in classic races like the sack race and egg-and-spoon, tackled a CrossFit-style obstacle course, and worked together in exciting team challenges like tug-of-war. It was a joyful day of activity, teamwork, and smiles all around. Well done to everyone who took part and made it such a great success!

Active Week & Wellbeing Week – Better Together

This year, we brought two of our favourite school traditions together—Active Week and Wellbeing Week—under the uplifting theme “Better Together.” It was a wonderful celebration of movement, mindfulness, and community spirit across the whole school. Pupils enjoyed a wide range of energetic activities throughout the week. From dodgeball and CrossFit to Wheelchair basketball and football blitzes—there was something for everyone. A Special Day for Our First Holy Communion Class

Congratulations to the wonderful boys and girls who made their First Holy Communion in the Cathedral of the Assumption last Saturday. This year was particularly special as it marked the first time we celebrated this important sacrament alongside another school, Scoil Angela. A heartfelt thank you to Fr. Our Senior School Tour! 🚜

Our senior classes had an amazing adventure on their school tour to Culllahill Open Farm! From the moment they arrived, the excitement was contagious as they explored everything the farm had to offer. Our basketball teams had a superb day recently at the Presentation Sports Complex, taking part in the annual Margaret Curran Cup. Now in its sixth year, this tournament is held in memory of our dear colleague and friend, Margaret Curran, who had a special love for basketball and a huge impact on our school community. This year, we welcomed teams from Scoil Angela, Two Mile Borris, Littleton, Templemore, and Holycross. After a day of thrilling matches, Templemore emerged victorious for the first time.
